CHIEF ESTIMATOR – Multiple Disciplines

Our Chief Estimator will experience a challenging and growth-focused work environment. Chief Estimator Duties (Include but are not limited to):

• Leading, managing, and mentoring a team of estimators
• Assist divisions in assessing bid opportunities
• Innovative and creative approach to building projects
• Risk analysis
• Coordinate estimate development with the project team
• Conduct bid review and ensure estimate productivity and accuracy goals are met
• Participate in pre-bid meetings and site tours as needed
• Coordinate Quantity Take-Offs
• Prepare and submit estimates in compliance with contract documents
• Complete understanding of the plans, specs and scope of work
• Maintain HCSS Heavy Bid and Heavy Job Systems
• Mentor and Supervise Project Estimators with:
  • RFP’s to subs and vendors
  • Subcontractor and Vendor quotes review
  • Prepare and attend project hand-off meeting
• Participate in CMAR, JOC, Design-Build Proposals/Projects
• Other duties as assigned or required by management
