Mark Campbell is the Development Division Manager and has over 30 years of experience in heavy construction. Over the last 16 years, he has been involved in the management and estimating for commercial, residential and government projects throughout the Tucson area. His understanding of the private and public sector is evident when it comes to recognizing the opportunities for value engineering and creating cost-effective solutions to many unforeseen matters.
