·         Working with HCSS and Vista software to post billing, preparing Subcontracts and Purchase Orders

·         Ordering permits

·         New job set-up (files, Certificates of Insurance, bonds, Preliminary Info, Cert. Wage info)

·         Maintain estimating schedule/calendar

·         Track bids

·         Print plans/specs

·         Provide support to Project Manager/Estimators

·         Prepare weekly Manager’s meeting minutes

·         Searcing for job solicitations for upcoming bids

·         Submit ADOT bids

·         Filing

·         Answer phones from 2:00 pm to 5:00 pm

·         Other Clerical duties as assigned



·      Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

·      Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g., fax machines and printers)
