Annual 2026 Blue Diamond Legacy Holdings Shareholder Meeting

2026 Shareholders 207

Blue Diamond Legacy Holdings brought employee owners and their families together for the Annual 2026 Shareholders Meeting, an evening focused on where we have been, where we are headed and the people helping build that future.

The annual meeting is an opportunity to look beyond individual projects and day-to-day operations and see the bigger picture of employee ownership. This year, leaders from across KE&G Construction, Maddux & Sons and Blue Diamond Legacy Holdings shared updates on company performance, safety, operations, growth, investments in our people and plans for the years ahead.

A Year of Growth

KE&G entered 2026 with ambitious goals and continued to build momentum throughout the year. After a slower start, the company caught up by June and remains on track to meet or exceed its 2026 revenue goal. More than $400 million in potential projects have been bid, our workforce has grown to more than 650 employees, and the backlog heading into 2027 remains strong.

That growth is also creating opportunities for the future. During the meeting, leadership discussed expanding our capabilities and geographic reach while remaining grounded in the core values that have guided KE&G: Safety, Integrity, Development and Excellence.

Employee owners also got a first look at plans for KE&G's future headquarters, with groundbreaking planned for 2026. The new campus represents another long-term investment in the people, equipment and infrastructure needed to support the company's continued growth.

Investing in the Company We Own

One of the themes throughout the evening was reinvestment.

Between August 2025 and August 2026, KE&G reinvested approximately $6 million into its fleet. New equipment included excavators, wheel loaders, backhoes, 4,000-gallon water trucks, more than 40 light- and medium-duty trucks, a combo/vac truck and heavy-haul transport equipment.

The meeting also highlighted investments in training, leadership development, technology, systems and facilities designed to position our companies for long-term success.

Building a Safer KE&G

Safety remained an important part of the conversation. KE&G celebrated several major accomplishments, including earning the ARTBA National Safety Award and Ben Patton Luster Safety Award, training more than 1,000 employees through OSHA 10 and expanding the Safety Team from three to seven professionals.

The evening also recognized the winners of the Someone Is Waiting for You safety campaign. Children and family members of employee owners were invited to share what it means to have their loved one come home safely at the end of every shift. The winning submissions came from Hunter Shepherd in the 0โ€“6 age group, Ella Woodman in the 6โ€“11 age group and Osito in the 17+ category.

One of the most meaningful parts of the Shareholders Meeting was recognizing this year's scholarship recipients. The 2026 scholarship program saw a record-breaking year for both applicants and recipients.

The Value of Employee Ownership

Of course, one of the most anticipated parts of every Shareholders Meeting is the annual discussion around our ESOP and share value.

While we aren't sharing the current share price publicly, the long-term trend tells an important story. Our 2025 share price increased 12.87% compared with 2024 and was 29.55% higher than it was in 2023.

For employee owners, those percentages represent more than a number. They reflect the collective impact of winning and delivering work, managing costs, investing wisely, working safely, developing our people and making decisions with the long-term health of the organization in mind.

That is what makes employee ownership different. The work happening every day across our companies contributes to something we collectively own.

Constructing Legacies

The 2026 Shareholders Meeting was both a celebration of what has been accomplished and a reminder that our work is far from finished.

We are growing our workforce, expanding our capabilities, investing in equipment and facilities, developing the next generation of leaders and building a stronger foundation for the future. Blue Diamond Legacy Holdings provides the ownership structure that protects and supports that long-term growth, while KE&G Construction and Maddux & Sons continue doing the work that creates value every day.

Thank you to every employee owner whose work, ideas and commitment continue to move our companies forward.

What we build today becomes the legacy we leave tomorrow.
