No. While plans and specifications are helpful, many projects begin with conceptual discussions or preliminary budgeting. Our team can assist during the early planning stages.

Most estimate requests receive an initial response within one to two business days.
Is there a cost to request an estimate?
There is no obligation to contact our team and discuss your project. Depending on the complexity of the project, additional preconstruction services may be recommended and discussed during the planning process.
Can KE&G help determine the best project delivery method?
Yes. We routinely help owners evaluate delivery methods such as CMAR, Design-Build, Bid-Build, JOC, and IDIQ to determine the best fit for their project goals.
