The KE&G Heavy Equipment Operator Apprenticeship is a registered, three-year program combining 6,000 hours of paid on-the-job training with 505 hours of Related Technical Instruction (RTI) using nationally accredited NCCER curriculum. Apprentices build the knowledge, technical skills, and real-world experience needed to become well-rounded operating engineers while learning on active construction projects alongside experienced mentors.
