Each year, employee owners and their families come together to enjoy great food, activities for all ages, and time spent with the people who make KE&G more than just a workplace.
A Day for the Whole Family
This year's picnic was filled with laughter, smiles, and plenty of excitement.
Families gathered at the park to enjoy a barbecue lunch while kids spent the afternoon playing on bounce houses, running with friends, and making memories together.
For many of our employee owners, it's a chance for their families to meet the people they work alongside every day and experience the culture that makes KE&G unique.
It's a reminder that while our projects may stretch across Arizona, New Mexico, and Texas, we're still one team.
Celebrating Our Employee Owners
Every employee owner who attended received a gift as a small token of appreciation for their dedication and hard work throughout the year.
The fun didn't stop there.
Children also received gifts of their own, making sure everyone left with something to remember the day.

Bringing Everyone Together
One of the best parts of the Family Picnic isn't the food or the activities—it's the opportunity to connect.
Crews from different divisions, offices, and jobsites come together in one place, giving everyone a chance to catch up, share stories, and build relationships outside of work.
That sense of camaraderie is one of the things that sets KE&G apart. Whether you're meeting someone for the first time or reconnecting with coworkers you haven't seen in months, the picnic is a reminder that we're all working toward the same goal.
Ending the Day with Excitement
The annual raffle is always one of the biggest highlights of the event.
This year's prize table featured a wide variety of giveaways, including outdoor equipment, family-friendly prizes, and several firearms for eligible winners.
As names were called and prizes were claimed, cheers echoed throughout the park, bringing the day to a memorable close.
