Chris Albright has 25 years of experience in construction and has been involved in one of the most significant freeway design-build contracts in history. He is now the President of KE&G Construction. Also, Chris assisted in leading several award-winning projects. Although Chris has been in Tucson for several years he graduated with a B.S., Construction Management, Minor, Safety Management, from the University of Wisconsin, Platteville.

With over 36 years of construction experience, Ed has a proven track record of completing difficult projects on time and under budget. Over the past 14 years with KE&G, he has become proficient in alternative delivery methods for construction such as Job Order Contracting, Design-Build, and Construction Manager at Risk. Ed has a vast knowledge and work experience with various clients including Pima County, ADOT (Statewide), Federal Highway Administration, Department of Emergency & Military Affairs, Coconino County, Pinal County, City of Tucson, City of Nogales, City of Holbrook, New Mexico DOT, and Arizona Water Company. Since 2014, Ed has been responsible for the oversight of all KE&G JOC Programs.

Matt Nehrmeyer is the Mining Division Manager and has been in the construction industry since 1998. He has a B.S. in Construction Management. He has worked on projects ranging from water/wastewater treatment plants and pump stations to mining infrastructure and construction to major interstate bridges and overpasses. Matt specializes in industrial contracting for the mining industry in Arizona and New Mexico, taking great pride in delivering safe, quality, and timely projects.

Jim Olson is the Transportation Division Manager and has over 33 years of infrastructure construction experience. Directly after serving in the United States Army, he sought education in civil construction. A native Arizonan, Jim started his career in private and commercial civil projects before moving into the public project arena. Jim is adept in alternative delivery methods for construction such as Job Order Contracting, Design-Build, Public Private Partnership and Construction Manager at Risk. Jim has a vast knowledge and work experience with various clients including USACE, FHWA, DOD, NPS, USDA, ADOT, Department of Homeland Security, Department of Emergency & Military Affairs, Maricopa County, Pima County, Pinal County, City of Tucson, City of Phoenix, City of Peoria, and Metropolitan Water District. At any given time, Jim manages approximately $50 million in infrastructure projects.

Clint Schweigert is our Equipment Manager. Mr. Schweigert started working at KE&G in early 2019 at the Tucson office. He has over 24 years of experience in the heavy equipment/fleet/construction business. Clint is a native Tucsonian and, in his spare time, enjoys spending time at the lake, four-wheeling, camping traveling and remodeling houses.

John Warner is our Utility Division Manager and possesses 45 years of Water and Wastewater public utility operation, maintenance, and management experience. At Pima County Regional Wastewater Reclamation Dept. (RWRD), he was instrumental in developing and implementing successful programs for the conveyance system and related facilities operation and maintenance. He has participated in CMAR Pre-Construction scenarios as a previous owner representative for project values of $12M – $200+M.
