Purpose of the Award

The Employees’ Choice Award was created to celebrate the employees who leave a positive impact on their teams and make KE&G Construction a better place to work. Unlike other awards that may be based on metrics or managerial recommendations, this award is voted on by employees, for employees. It’s a way to acknowledge those who stand out as role models, friends, mentors, and exceptional team players within each job category.

Voting Process

All employees have the opportunity to participate in the voting process. Each team member votes for their favorite person within each job category, based on the qualities and contributions they value most. These votes reflect the admiration and respect our employees have for one another, making the award truly meaningful.

Voting criteria include:

• Teamwork and Support: Nominees who go above and beyond to assist their colleagues and create a collaborative environment.
• Work Ethic and Dedication: Individuals who consistently demonstrate reliability, integrity, and a strong commitment to their role.
