KE&G completed a full asphalt overlay of Adams Avenue and Garden Avenue in Bisbee, delivering roadway improvements on two of the city’s most constrained and high-use streets. The project required precise paving operations, as both roadways measure approximately 10 feet wide across two lanes, limiting equipment access and requiring a highly controlled approach.
To maintain quality and consistency in a restricted environment, KE&G utilized a small paver and compact roller, allowing the crew to complete the overlay efficiently while meeting performance standards. This approach ensured proper compaction, smooth surface finish, and long-term durability despite the narrow roadway conditions.
Adams Avenue serves as a critical route for the annual Bisbee 1000, making the success of this project especially important to the City of Bisbee. The upgraded roadway supports both daily traffic and large-scale community events, improving safety, drivability, and overall infrastructure reliability.
