John Warner serves as our Utility Division Manager, with 42 years of extensive experience in water and wastewater public utility operation, maintenance, and management. His career includes 7 years at KE&G, where he honed his expertise. Throughout his career, he has demonstrated a strong capability in developing and implementing successful programs for wastewater collection systems and related facility operation and maintenance. Notably, he has played a pivotal role as an owner representative in CMAR Pre-Construction scenarios for projects ranging from $12 million to over $200 million in value.
