Safety Programs & Training

KE&G’s award-winning safety program includes:

• Comprehensive Onboarding: New employees are assimilated into our safety culture through a detailed on-boarding process. Employees complete their OSHA 10 certification as well as a myriad of other topics related not just to safety, but to our organizations vision of a safe workplace.

• Daily Job Hazard Analyses (JHAs): Site supervisors conduct daily assessments to identify and mitigate risks before work begins.

• Weekly Toolbox Talks: Ongoing education and reminders on relevant safety topics help maintain awareness and accountability.

• Certified Safety Training: Employees receive OSHA 10/30-hour training, CPR/First Aid certification, and other trade-specific courses.

We also invest in regular supervisory training, equipment certifications, and continuous feedback loops to improve safety practices.
